He graduated in spring of 2019 with a degree in Interdisciplinary business with engineering from Penn State University. So far Sean has been overseeing several projects and helping out with building management. He has been working with Tom as the Project Manager on several tenant fit-outs and two residential constructions. He has started his own construction/concrete business called Palmer concrete and construction inc. and worked on many big projects such as Lowes and Walmart stores and all industrial warehouse space with Ashford Partners. He was instrumental in the development of over 400,000 sqft of industrial warehouse space for Ashford Partners. Thomas’ functions at the company as Director of Development lets him oversee the field work and directs the tasks that need to be done on site of the projects. While in the office Thomas works on estimating of how much building materials is necessary for a job and dose the scheduling for most of the projects. Her responsibilities consist of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and building management. Meghan has general knowledge of all properties which helps in her responsibility of building manager. She is responsible for working the front desk which includes taking messages from tenants and vendors. Tenant leases and accounts are also managed and filed by Meghan.
